Brookfield buys Australian Multiplex for $6,16 billion
Canadian investment company Brookfield Asset Management Inc. (BAM) has offered purchase of Australian building company Multiplex Group for 6,16 billion dollars/
As it has been informed in the joint statement of two companies, Brookfield offers 4,26 dollars for each Multiplex securities in recalculation on one Multiplex share.
