Thomson has taken $9,6 billion on credit for purchase of Reuters
30 June 2007Thomson has taken the credit of 4,8 billion pounds sterling ( $9,6 billion) for purchase of Reuters Group. The credit is given by companies Barclays Capital and Royal Bank of Scotland at participation of Toronto Dominion Bank., J.P.Morgan, Bank of America and Citigroup and represents interim financing the transaction for the term of 364 days.
