EU has allocated 713 million euro to South America countries
European Union has allocated 713 million euro (970 million dollars) as the financial help to Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. Besides this, EU plans to lead a number of negotiations on strengthening trade-economic relations with these South American states.
