The unknown company has declared about purchase of Sony and Toyota
The unknown to general public the Japanese company Teramento Corporation proves that it has got control share holdings of six large companies, including such giants, as Toyota Motor Corp. and Sony Corp.
Teramento has submitted to Management on financial operations of Japan documents from which it follows that the company has ostensibly got on 51 % of Japanese Sony and Toyota’s shares, and also pharmaceutical company Astellas Pharma Inc., telecommunication Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corp., ship-building Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and telechannel Fuji Television Network, having spent for these transactions nearby 190 billion dollars.
The Japanese financial regulators have doubted of plausibility of the documentation, considering “unprecedented volume of the declared transactions” and have started investigation concerning Teramento.
