LaSalle will invest $20 billion in the real estate of Asia

Company LaSalle Investment Management, which is specializing on investments into the real estate worldwide, will invest 20 billion dollars in the real estate in Asia within the nearest 3-4 years.
As executive director of the company has informed, it is connected with region’s investment attractiveness. Thus it has added that at least half of this sum will be enclosed in objects in Japan.
It has also become known that investments into the markets of the Europe and the USA are losing their positions in connection with credit crisis.
In April 2007 LaSalle has got Bank of America at European ABN AMRO for 21 billion dollars
