Pepsi has declared about reorganization
PepsiCo, one of the world’s largest soft drinks and food stuffs’ manufacturers, has declared about the reorganization.
As Associated Press informs, instead of two divisions PepsiCo will consist of three: Food and Beverages at Northern and South America, and also PepsiCo International, which competence will include work with other regions of the world.
Now PepsiCo consists of two units: PepsiCo North America, which sphere of the competence of which the USA, Mexico and Canada enter, and also PepsiCo International, serving all other countries of the world. In new structure of the company South America is incorporated with Northern, thus the structural divisions, engaged in food stuffs and drinks, are dissolved in independent units.
PepsiCo International owns 300 factories worldwide. In 2006 the proceeds of the company have made more than 35 billion dollars, market capitalization of the company makes 111 billion dollars. During the last time PepsiCo shows the most steadfast attention to the European market.
