China has made the complaint in WTO about the USA
China has made the complaint to the United States in the World Trading Organization (WTO) in occasion of introduction of antidumping duties on the paper, imported from China.
Chinese representatives in the World trading organization have explained the decision to that “Peking opposes unfair policy of the USA on introduction of additional duties on the Chinese goods “.
In the end of May, 2007, Washington has declared introduction of the import duties varying from 23,19 % up to 99,65 %, on a glossy paper from China, used in manufacture of art books and magazines. It was the first time that the Us Trade Ministry has reconsidered the policy according to whim Washington did not assess with duties the goods from the countries with non-market economy.
Complaints of national manufacturers of polygraph production, in particular have served company New Page Corp., that the Chinese manufacturers conduct unfair competitive struggle against the American companies, using comprehensive support of the state have caused introduction of import duties on the Chinese paper.
The complaint directed by China in WTO, can become the official claim of Peking to Washington on a background of the whole series put forward by the United States lately charges to address of a foreign trade policy of China.
